Credits are the currency for enriching signals with additional data. Each field has a fixed cost (1–8 credits per signal). For example, finding a company domain costs 1 credit, while a direct phone number costs 8 credits.
No. You’re only charged when we successfully find the data you requested. If our providers can’t find a field, you keep your credits. This means you can enrich freely without worrying about wasted spend.
Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits roll over month to month, up to 2× your monthly allotment. For example, on the Starter plan (500/month), you can accumulate up to 1,000 credits.

Yes. Credit top-ups (100, 500, or 1,000 credits) are available on any paid plan from your billing settings. Top-up credits don’t expire at the end of the month.
