Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Previse web application and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Previse is operated by a company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Service Description

Previse is a B2B prospecting platform that monitors publicly available web content to identify business signals such as new openings, expansions, and relocations. The Service provides automated search, LLM-powered extraction, enrichment with third-party data, CRM integration, and data export capabilities.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely data, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature limits.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Enrichment Credits

  • Enrichment credits are included with your subscription plan and reset monthly.
  • Additional credits can be purchased as top-ups.
  • Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles (except purchased top-ups).
  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
  • Team plans share a credit pool across all team members.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • Scrape, mirror, or redistribute Service data in bulk without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Use the API in a way that exceeds your plan's rate limits or usage quotas
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Resell access to the Service without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of Previse and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you create or import through the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREVISE (PREVISE, LLC) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
